The League of Women Voters of Clarion
County, a nonpartisan political organization,
encourages the informed and active participation of
citizens in government, works to increase
understanding of major public policy issues, and
influences public policy through education and
advocacy.

absentee ballots.

Election 7 am to 8 pm
The PA Courts have delayed full
implementation of the voter ID law until after the
November 6 election. Poll workers will still ask
voters for a photo ID but no voter will
be prohibited from voting if they don’t have one.
Exception--First time voters must produce a photo
ID. This is due to a law which has been in
effect for a number of years and is not part of the
current controversy.
